When you purchase tickets that are marked as Email Delivery or Instant Download, you will receive an email with a link to download and print the PDF files. These files are your tickets into the event. Be sure to check that the barcodes that are printed on your tickets are clear and visible. Your order summary and order confirmation emails will not get you into the event, so it's important to make sure you brought the correct pages.
The difference between these two methods is simply that Instant Download tickets are sent to you soon after your order is confirmed and email delivery tickets may come closer to the event. Regardless of the delivery method, we guarantee these method types to be emailed to you in time for your event!
To trouble shoot any issues downloading the tickets, make sure any pop up blockers are disabled and that Javascript is enabled. If that doesn't solve the issue we recommend trying to download the files in a different web browser and making sure that you are running the most updated version of Adobe Reader.
Some venues can scan these tickets off of smart phones, however we will always suggest that you bring printed versions to your event to avoid any technical issues. If you do not have a printer at home or at work, you can usually print for a nominal fee at a local library or office supply store.
Similarly, Mobile E-tickets are also emailed to you, but should never be printed. Mobile E-tickets are electronic tickets that are to be presented and scanned from your smartphone at the venue.
If you need the email with the link to download your tickets resent, you can request that by signing in with your email address and order number here. Once logged in, you will see a "Download Tickets" button which will trigger that email to be resent.
