Most of our tickets are shipped via UPS. When your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with your estimated ship date. Once the tickets are in transit, you will receive the tracking number in an email so you can monitor the shipment as well.

If you select "Overnight Delivery" at checkout, the tickets will ship on an overnight shipping label when they are available. This does not necessarily mean you will receive them the day after you place the order.

If you need any shipping information updated or changed after the order is placed, please contact us right away. We can submit those requests on your behalf, however last minute changes may result in delays and may not always be able to be honored. We cannot ship to APOs or PO boxes.

Often, packages will require an adult signature upon delivery. The driver will typically make three delivery attempts and then bring the package back to a UPS location to hold for 5 days for pickup if no one was available to receive the package. If the package is not picked up at that point, they will return it to the shipper. If this happens, reship fees may apply. We are unable to grant refunds for packages that are left at UPS or shipped back to the sender.

Occasionally sellers will receive PDF files for orders that were originally marked as needing to ship. Rather than changing the delivery method, they will simply ship the e-tickets via UPS.
