Unfortunately, we can only offer tickets in the format that the ticket seller originally received them in. This means if they came as traditional hard stock tickets, they will have to ship or be set up for Special Delivery. If the seller has PDF tickets, they will not be able to provide traditional tickets as souvenirs. The delivery options presented at checkout are the only ones available for that specific set of tickets.
