Like most secondary ticket marketplaces, we have an "all sales are final" policy. This is because as soon as an order is confirmed, we commit to paying the seller for those tickets. Similarly, we cannot exchange any tickets because they are supplied by different sellers, and would require cancelling the first seller's sale.

If the event you are going to attend is officially cancelled, or not going to happen (i.e. a playoff game), you will receive compensation.  If your ever is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be valid for the new date.


  • Since we work on a live market and prices are always fluctuating, we are unable to honor adjustments to order totals if tickets similar to the ones your purchased go down in price.
  • If ticket insurance was purchased at checkout, you will need to contact Allianz Global Event Ticket Insurance for more information about what it covers, as they are a third party provider.
  • If you are unable to use your tickets, you are welcome to resell your tickets to someone you may know or through classified ads.
