When an event has officially been cancelled, you will then receive compensation. For postponed or rescheduled events, we will not refund those events as the tickets will still be valid for the new date. Any orders that are for playoff games, a refund will be issues in full if the game is not played. Many times playoff games are listed with "TBD" or "If Necessary" at the time of purchase.

Sometimes our sellers will need the tickets to be shipped back to them in order to receive comp. If the tickets are required to be sent back, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. If we have not yet notified you that your tickets need to be returned to the seller after one month, you are free to discard the tickets.
